How are staff trained?

All of our customer facing teams are trained in safer gambling and have regular refresher courses; any exclusion requests are given high priority and will be actioned as soon as possible.
The team will try and help with any queries you may have and on occasion may check that a customer is comfortable with their level of gaming, in certain circumstances they may prevent a customer continuing to play with us in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
