1. Outrights Betting

All championship events and race bets are all in, compete or not.


2. Championship Betting
Bets will be determined by the number of points accumulated immediately after the final race of the season and will not be affected by any subsequent enquiries.

3. General Rules
The start of any race is defined as the signal to start the warm-up lap. The podium presentation will count as the official result and any subsequent enquiries will not affect the settlement of bets. If a race is abandoned and no official result is declared, all bets will be made void.

4. Match Betting
(Driver vs. Driver): In the event of neither driver finishing the race, the number of full laps completed will be used for settlement purposes. If both drivers have completed the same number of full laps, all bets will be deemed void. Both drivers must start the race for bets to stand (even from the pit lane).

5. Specials Betting
For driver specials such as: "Where will [x driver] finish?" the driver must start 15 races in the season for bets to stand.

6. Winning Nationality
This market will be settled on the nationality of the official race winner in the final FIA ranking.

7. Driver to Complete Race:

All bets will be settled when the official race result is announced. In order for bets to be evaluated, the driver must actually start the race (even from the pit lane). If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this driver will be deemed void. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results.

8. Both Cars to Finish Race (within the same team):

In order for bets to be evaluated, both cars must actually start the race (even from the pit lane). Cars which do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results.

9. Team Points Over/Under:

Bet if the team will record points in the official F1 FIA constructors ranking. In order for bets to be evaluated, both drivers must actually start the race. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results.

10. Team to Finish in the Points:

Bet if either one or both cars from the same team will finish the race in the points ranking of the official FIA Formula 1 Constructors Championship. Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA. If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this driver become invalid. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results.

11. Will There Be A Safety Car:

If a GP is started with a safety car phase (due to inclement weather, for instance) instead of starting lights, this phase shall not be considered a safety car phase for betting purposes.

12. Fastest Qualifier:

Official qualifying times as recorded by the FIA will be used for settlement. For Pole Position winner, times recorded in the final qualifying session count. If for some reason the final session does not take place we will settle on the official grid as formed by the FIA. Grid position penalties do not apply for settlement purposes. However, qualifying time penalties (as specified by the FIA) will. These rules also apply to Qualification head to heads. The winner is the driver with the highest classification as per the FIA prior to any grid place penalty.

13. First Driver Retirement:

Bet on the first driver to retire from the race. In order for bets to be evaluated, the driver must actually start the race (even from the pit lane). If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this driver will be deemed void. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results. Bet settlement will be determined by which lap number a car retires on. If more than 1 driver retires on the same lap bets will be settled as a dead heat. Dead-Heat rules apply.

14. Podium Finish:

Bet on the driver to finish in the top three of the official race result.

15. Fastest Lap:

Bet settled using the official FIA classification.

16. Points Finish:

Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA. If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this driver will be deemed void. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results.

17. Number of First lap Retirements:

If the race is started with a safety car phase all bets on 1st lap markets will be deemed void.

18. Race Group Betting:

The winner is the driver achieving the highest placing at the time of the podium presentation. If all drivers in the group fail to be classified then the driver completing the most laps will be deemed the winner. If all drivers in the group fail to be classified and two or more drivers retired on the same lap then dead-heat rules apply.

19. First Constructor Retirement:

Bets will be settled on the first constructor to retire a car from the race. (Formation lap counts). If more than 1 car retires on the same lap bets will be settled as a dead heat. All results as per official FIA results.

20. Practice Session 1/2/3 – Winning Driver:

The driver who sets the fastest timed lap during the practice session will be deemed the winner. Official FIA results will determine winner if identical times are recorded.

21. Dual Forecast
Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA. If a driver does not start the race, all bets including this driver will be deemed void.

22. Double Podium Finish
Bet on the team to have both drivers finish in the top three of the official race result.

23. Top 6 Finish
Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA. If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this driver will be deemed void. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results.

24. Double Points Finish
Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA. If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this team will be deemed void. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results.

25. Fastest Qualifying Car
Official qualifying times and constructor information supplied by the FIA will be used for settlement. Only times recorded in the final qualifying session count. Grid position penalties do not apply for settlement purposes. However, qualifying time penalties (as specified by the FIA) will.

26. Two Fastest Qualifiers
Official qualifying times as recorded by the FIA will be used for settlement. Only times recorded in the final qualifying session count. If for some reason the final session does not take place we will settle on the official grid as formed by the FIA. Grid position penalties do not apply for settlement purposes. However, qualifying time penalties (as specified by the FIA) will.

27. To Reach Qualifying Session Three
Bet on the driver to reach qualifying session three. This market will be settled at the end of Qualification with official results recorded by the FIA being used for settlement. Any subsequent penalties do not apply for settlement purposes.

28. Highest Scoring Team
Official point scoring as recorded by the FIA will be used for settlement. In order for bets to be evaluated, both cars must actually start the race (even from the pit lane). Cars which do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results.

29. Not To Finish The Race
All bets will be settled when the official race result is announced. In order for bets to be evaluated, the driver must actually start the race (even from the pit lane). If a driver does not start the race, all bets for this driver will be deemed void. Drivers who do not start the race are understood to be classified as “DNS” in the official race results.

30. Driver Hat-trick

Driver to record the fastest qualifying time, win the race and record the fastest race lap. Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA, subsequent penalties will be disregarded for settlement purposes.

31. Team Hat-trick

Team/Constructor to record the fastest qualifying time, win the race and record the fastest race lap. Both drivers count. Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA, subsequent penalties will be disregarded for settlement purposes.

32. Driver Qualifying and Race Double

Driver to record the fastest qualifying time and win the race. Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA, subsequent penalties will be disregarded for settlement purposes.

33. Team Qualifying and Race Double

Team/Constructor to record the fastest qualifying time and win the race. Both drivers count. Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA, subsequent penalties will be disregarded for settlement purposes.

34. Race Winner and Fastest Lap

Driver to win the race and to record the fastest race lap. Bets will be evaluated according to the official results of the FIA, subsequent penalties will be disregarded for settlement purposes.

35. Fastest in Qualifying Session 1/2

Official qualifying times as recorded by the FIA at the end of each qualifying session will be used for settlement. Only times recorded in the qualifying session named count.

36. Fastest Through The Speed Trap

Applies to times set during Qualifying in speed trap sector of the track outlined by the FIA and available to view through formula1.com. Should there be a discrepancy in the layout of the speed trap between the FIA and formula1.com, the speed trap sector and times published by the FIA will be used for settlement. All Qualifying sectors count.

37. Combination Podium Finish

Bet on the multiple named drivers to finish in the top three of the official race result.

38. Handicap Betting

Handicap is applied to each driver’s race time. The driver with the best race time after applying the handicap is considered the winner of this market. Bets stand irrespective of individual withdrawals. Any driver who competes but fails to finish is settled as a loser, should all drivers fail to complete the official laps confirmed pre-race then all bets are void. Dead-heat rules apply. Subsequent penalties will be disregarded for settlement purposes.

39. Winning Margin

Bets will be settled on the official result supplied by the FIA, should all drivers fail to complete the official laps confirmed pre-race then all bets are void.

40. Leader After Lap 1, 5 & 10

For settlement purposes the winner is deemed to be the driver leading the race as they cross the start/finish line after 1,5,10 classified race lap(s). If the race fails to make the necessary laps all bets will be void.

41. Best of the Rest
Bets settled based on official result supplied by the FIA. Only named drivers count. All in compete or not.

42. Both Cars To Be Classified

Requires both drivers of a team to be confirmed as classified by the official results supplied by the FIA. This is a multiple winner market.
