Age Verification

A check undertaken by BV Gaming (Canada) Ltd to ensure that the customer is the minimum age, which may include making a check to an Identity Management Specialist Company in the first instance. This does not affect a customer’s credit score but will leave a record of the check.

We may request supporting documentation for verification. To provide this simply click on the Account Verification banner when you log on to your account. You can then take the following steps:

As a first step to verify your name and date of birth one of the following can be provided

Passport: Full page (including MRZ code)
Driving Licence:
(Front and back)
National ID card
(Front and back)
(including Provincial or Territorial Identity Cards)
Provisional Driving Licences
Provintional / Territiorial ID Cards
Provintional / Territiorial Driver's Licences
Permanent resident card
Military ID Card
Citizen Cards (Issued prior 2012)

Please note that customers from Canada would need to be over 19 to operate an account with us as some provinces do not allow gambling for under 19's so we have applied this restriction to all Canadian accounts opened.
