We want your time with us as a customer to be as trouble free as possible. However, we have responsibilities under our gaming licence to reduce the risk of fraud occurring on your account. If a customer plays with us beyond certain thresholds we may request copies of the below documentation to satisfy our responsible gaming and anti money laundering obligations. On rare occasions we may request a “selfie” with a corresponding photographic ID to be 100 per cent sure of identity.
