Quick guide to deposits and withdrawals with Google Pay.

Google Pay is available on supported Android devices running version 5.0 (Lollipop) or later.

You’ll need Google Wallet installed with at least one accepted card saved.

How to deposit using Google Pay

Steps on desktop and Android App

These steps work on all platforms: desktop version (Google Chrome) and Android App.

  1. From the top menu, click on Deposit.

  2. Select the Google Pay icon.

  3. Enter the amount.

  4. Click Pay to complete the process.

Important:

  • Payment methods should be in your own name to keep everything safe and smooth.

  • Deposit limits shown are default values and may differ from your personal limits.

How to withdraw using Google Pay

Steps on desktop and Android App

  1. Click on My Account from the top menu.

  2. Tap on withdraw.

  3. Select the Google Pay icon.

  4. Make sure you are using the correct card.

  5. Enter the amount.

  6. Click Withdraw to complete the process.

  7. All done! We’re processing your withdrawal now.

Important:

  • Payment methods should be in your own name.

  • Make sure your account is verified.

  • Approvals can take up to 24 hours while we complete our security and compliance checks.
