Debit cards can only be used for deposits.
Please note that withdrawals to debit cards are not available.
If you deposited using a card, please choose an alternative method such as Interac or another supported option under Payment methods to withdraw.
How to deposit using a debit card

From the top menu, click on Deposit.
Select the Visa/Mastercard icon.
Enter your card details.
Make a deposit to register the card.
Tick the box to confirm you are the owner of the payment method.
Click Deposit to complete the process.
All set! You’re ready to go.
Important:
Payment methods should be in your own name to keep everything safe and smooth.
For your security, you’ll be asked to enter your CVV number each time you use a registered card.
Deposit limits shown are default values and may differ from your personal limits.
Note: You must complete a deposit to register a new card.
