Sometimes banking restrictions can prevent us from sending your withdrawal back to your card. If that happens, we will simply send the funds by bank transfer to the same bank account linked to your card.
To meet card-scheme rules, we may occasionally need to cancel and re-process a withdrawal.
Follow these quick steps to withdraw your funds on desktop, iOS, or Android.
Click on My Account from the top menu.
Tap on withdraw.
Select the Visa/Mastercard icon.
Make sure you are using the correct card.
Enter the amount.
Click Withdraw to complete the process.
All done! We’re processing your withdrawal now.
