Where to find our Safer Gambling portal
Click the version that’s most suitable for you.
Note: You can also find the Safer Gambling portal by clicking on My Account → Safer Gambling. (This applies to both desktop and app versions).
How to activate some of our Safer Gambling tools
In this section, you will learn how to navigate our Safer Gambling portal to apply the following tools:
Deposit limits
Gaming time reminders
Time‑Out
Self‑Exclusion
Loss Limit
Cancel Withdrawal – Hide option
Additional tools
Deposit limits
Go to the Safer Gambling Portal.
Click on Deposit Limits.
Your current deposit limit will be displayed as Set to (for example: No Limit).
Choose the timeframe you prefer (for example: Daily).
Enter the amount you want to set (for example: CA$50)
Tick the confirmation box to confirm your choice.
Click Save.
A notification will appear to confirm that your settings have been successfully updated.
Once you close the notification, you will be able to see how your new deposit limit will be.
Tip: If you want to check the progress of your deposit limit, go to My Account → My Activity, where you can view all your deposit activity.
Note: You can lower your deposit limits at any time, and changes take effect immediately.
However, if you request an increase, this will take 24 hours to be applied. You will also need to confirm the change before the limit is increased.
Gaming time reminders
Go to the Safer Gambling Portal.
Click on Current time alerts.
Your current time alerts will be displayed as Set to (for example: 1h).
Drag the slider to set your desired timeframe (for example: 30 minutes).
To confirm, click on Set Alerts to 30 Minutes.
A notification will appear to confirm that your settings have been successfully updated.
Once you close the notification, you will be able to see your new time alert.
Important: Alerts can be set to the following intervals:
No check
10 seconds
30 seconds
1 minute
10 minutes
30 minutes
1 hour
1 hour 30 minutes
2 hours
Time out
Go to the Safer Gambling Portal.
Click on Time out.
Your current time alerts will be displayed as Active or Inactive.
Drag the slider to set your desired timeframe (for example: 24h).
Enter your password.
To confirm, click on Set Time Out for 24 Hours.
A notification will appear to ensure that you want to activate the time-out.
Once confirmed, a pop-up will appear letting you know the time-out has been successfully activated.
Finally, your account will display the status Time-Out Active, and you’ll be able to check which features remain available during this period.
Important: After activation, your account will stay inaccessible until your chosen time frame is complete.
Note: The time-out interval can be set to the following options:
24 hours
7 days
30 days
60 days
90 days
Note: While the timeout is active, a banner will display the remaining time until it ends.
Self-Exclusion
Go to the Safer Gambling Portal.
Click on Self-Exclusion.
Drag the slider to set your desired timeframe (for example: 6 months).
Enter your password.
To confirm, click on Set Self-Exclude for 6 months.

A notification will appear to ensure that you want to activate the Self-Exclusion.
Once confirmed, a pop-up will appear letting you know the Self-Exclusion has been successfully activated.
Important: The Self-Exclusion can be set to the following options:
6 months
1 year
2 years
5 years
Note: After activation, your account will stay inaccessible until your chosen time frame is complete.

Loss Limit
Go to the Safer Gambling Portal.
Click Loss Limits.
Select a time period.
Enter an amount.
Click Save.
Confirm the new loss limit.
Once you confirm, a new section will appear where you can see your Current limits.
Note: if you would like to remove a Loss Limit, follow these steps:
In the Loss Limit tool, click Remove.
2. Tick the Loss Limit you want to remove and confirm.
(Remember: you must wait 24 hours for the change to take effect.)
3. Finally, the table will update showing that the Loss Limit has been removed.
Cancel Withdrawal – Hide option
You can cancel a withdrawal yourself as long as it has not yet been processed by our Payments team. Click the button below for more information.
Important: If you do not want the option to cancel withdrawals, please contact us via Message us or email to disable this feature.
If you later want to restore it, you can request it again via Messenger or email.
A 24‑hour cool‑off period will apply before re‑activation, and only once all pending withdrawals have been processed.
